How do monthly plans, yearly plans, and credit packs differ?
Monthly plans renew and add credits each month. Yearly plans charge once per year and deliver the full annual credit allowance after successful payment. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription required.

What is charged for a yearly plan, and when do credits arrive?
Lite is $99 per year for 12,000 credits, Pro is $299 for 42,000, and Studio is $499 for 72,000. The displayed $8.25, $24.92, and $41.58 are monthly equivalents. You pay the full annual total and receive all credits upfront, then again on each successful annual renewal.

Do credits expire?
Paid credits from subscriptions and credit packs never expire, including after you cancel a subscription. Free signup and daily-login credits follow their own expiry rules; daily-login credits expire that day.

How many videos can I generate?
Credit use varies by model and input mode. Agnes currently uses 5 credits; Seedance 2.0 Mini uses 60–120; Fast uses 90–180; Seedance 2.0 and MiniMax H3 use 120–240. For example, 1,000 credits covers 200 Agnes videos or 5 image-to-video generations costing 180 credits each. Check the exact cost in the generator.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel future renewals from Settings → Billing. You will not be charged for another cycle, and your unused paid credits remain available. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current payment; the refund rules in our Terms of Service apply.

Can I buy credit packs while subscribed?
Yes. Pack credits are added to the same credit balance without changing your subscription renewal date. Packs never renew automatically, and unused paid credits never expire.

Can I request a refund?
Contact support@reelmuse.app within 3 days (72 hours) of a payment to request a full refund if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Used purchases or requests after that window are outside our standard refund policy. See the Terms of Service for details.
